Grand Teton National Park Tow-Behind Broom Specifications

Purchase of 1 (one) towable, self-contained, hydraulically driven rotary angle broom with the following minimum specifications:

o Minimum 8 foot broom width o Maximum 32 inch exterior broom diameter o Minimum 30-degree articulation in both left or right directions o May be powered by a gas or diesel engine, minimum 20 horse power, will have dedicated fuel tank o Able to be run at 20mph and towed at 55mph o Broom core powered by dual (2) hydraulic motors, minimum 15 gallons per minute.

o A removeable brush and core assembly o Provided with poly brushes/cores installed o Variable speed for sweeping broom revolutions per minute o Electric or hydraulic broom swing and lift valve o Wireless or connected/umbilical controls for water spray, angle, lift, start and stop o One (1) trailer mounted spare tire o Mountable to either a 2” or 2 & 5/16” ball.

o All necessary lights for brake, turn signals and reverse o Dampening systems to prevent broom hopping o Equipped with minimum 100 gallon water tank and spray features for dust control o All necessary manuals for operations and parts will be included

Monday-Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm MST. Excluding government holidays.
