Sewage Pumping for Camp Hosts Statement of Work (SOW) Part 1: Scope/Background/Objective
1.1 Background
Each year campground hosts come to Joshua Tree National Park and provide septic pumping services. These hosts reside in recreational vehicles (RV) while preforming their duties and as a result require gray water and sceptic pumping services.
1.2 Objective
Provided pumping services for four (4) campground hosts at 3 different locations.
Part 2: Contractor Tasks & Supplies
2.1 Scope of Work
Vendor will provide pump out services for four (4) small RVs located within Joshua Tree National Park. The four RVs are located as follows: Jumbo Rocks Campground (2 RVs) and Ryan Campground (1 RV) located along Park Boulevard within Joshua Tree National Park and Indian Cove Contact Station (1 RV) located off Indian Cove Road and Highway 62.
Services include pump out of gray water and sceptic tanks for each RV, performed on a weekly basis. The Government and Vendor will agree on a single day of the week when services will be performed on the four Recreational Vehicles at the 4 locations Base year, Approximately 9 total pumps from March 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022. Actual start and end dates depend on the arrival/departure of the campground hosts.
Option year 1, Approximately 140 total pumps from October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023. Actual start and end dates depend on the arrival/departure of the campground hosts.
Option year 2, Approximately 140 total pumps from October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024. Actual start and end dates depend on the arrival/departure of the campground hosts.
Option year 3, Approximately 140 total pumps from October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025. Actual start and end dates depend on the arrival/departure of the campground hosts.
Option year 4 Approximately 136 total pumps from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026. Actual start and end dates depend on the arrival/departure of the campground hosts.
Pricing for additional pick-up or increased frequency/quantity (as needed) per pump is for any additional pumping required outside of the forecasted schedule.
