All building floor slabs, foundations, wood and concrete footings, and driveways must be demolished and removed. A hazardous materials investigation titled “REPORT OF HAZARDOUS MATERIAL EVALUATION, Eureka Old Fire Station Admin Site, 10293 Spring Street, Eureka, Nevada 89316, Converse Project No. 22-23151-01, June 20 2022” by CONVERSE CONSULTANTS for this project was recently conducted. Four of the structures (structures number 1, 2, 3, and 4) are fenced off with a metal chain linked type fence. The fence is approximately 5 feet tall and approximately 570 feet long along the perimeter of the structures. There is also a foot section between two of the structures. There are also 3 wooden gates along the outer fence that are 10 feet each. No building plans are available for these five structures. Recently, materials of these structures were examined and tested to determine whether they contain hazardous materials. The test result report is available for information. See the report for more information regarding the test results. Contractor is responsible for removal of all materials regardless of materials being hazardous or non-hazardous. All foundations must be excavated and removed. There are fences around the structures and they need to be removed and disposed.
