STATEMENT OF WORK
1. Project Title: Transceivers for Aeromedical Evacuation 12 July 2023

3. General Scope: The Contractor shall provide transceivers to support this requirement.
4. Detailed Requirements:
A. TruLink Portable Transceivers (Brand Name Only)
· Qty. 40 Each
· Part Number: 780-1000-001-CF0095-M28
· Approved by AMC as Safe-to-Fly
· Approved by AMC for aeromedical evacuation missions and on the Aeromedical Evacuation In-Flight medical kits table of allowance 887A version 7
· Wireless communication abilities between transceivers
· Do not interfere with other communications
· Small and lightweight, easy to carry without interfering with physical work and moving around aircraft, configuring, patient care, medical emergencies and de-configuration.
5. Evaluation:
A. The Government plans to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offer conforming to the solicitation which will be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes will be evaluated on best value using price, technical acceptability, delivery time, and past performance. When combined, non-price evaluation factors are considered equal to price. All solicitation specifications are not absolute and the 133AW will consider innovative solutions to this requirement. Quotes may be comparatively evaluated in compliance with FAR 13.106-2 (b) (3).
6. Warranty: All materials shall be warranted to be in compliance with this statement of work and to the highest standards of the industry. Minimum warranty of 1 year.
