STATEMENT OF WORK

1. Project Title: Transceivers for Aeromedical Evacuation 24 May 2022

2. Project Location:133d Airlift Wing
Minnesota Air National Guard Base

641 Spitfire Avenue St Paul, MN 55111

3. General Scope: The Contractor shall provide transceivers to support this requirement.

4. Detailed Requirements:

A. TruLink Portable Transceivers (Brand Name Only)

· Qty. 20 Each

· Part Number: 780-1000-001-CF0095-M28

· Approved by AMC as Safe-to-Fly

· Approved by AMC for aeromedical evacuation missions and on the Aeromedical Evacuation In-Flight medical kits table of allowance 887A version 6

· Wireless communication abilities between transceivers

· Do not interfere with other communications

· Small and lightweight, easy to carry without interfering with physical work and moving around aircraft, configuring, patient care, medical emergencies and de-configuration.

9. Warranty: All materials shall be warranted to be in compliance with this statement of work and to the highest standards of the industry. Minimum warranty of 1 year.
