Question 1: The part number listed does not list the “technology”, aka “keyway” you are requesting?
Answer 1: The technology is Medeco M3.
Question 2 (Multiple): The Padlocks are going to be master keyed according to an existing hierarchy.
a. Who’s Medeco key system are the current padlocks on?
b. Do the new padlocks need to be on this Medeco key system? Or can they be on another dealer’s Medeco Key?
c. Do each padlock need to have its own key (as well as the master key) or do they need to be keyed alike?
Answer 2: A Medeco registry number (system) is under development and the padlocks will become part of this registry number. The registry number will be released to the vendor awarded the contract. The padlocks will be master keyed and not all will require individual keys.
Question 3: Do you know your current keyway that your master key system is using?
