93310021Q0012 International Support Services Questions and Answers #1

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

1. Please confirm that the FMCS will accept the Past Performance Questionnaire for three (3) references for the proposed personnel, not for our company since we are a newly formed organization.

Yes. FMCS prefers that references are for the proposed personnel.

2. Please clarify that if we just need to submit a price quotation of the hourly rate to accomplish all of the tasks specified in the SOW, how can we quote other costs to be incurred in the provision of this service?

FMCS expects to award a Labor Hour contract with no additional CLINS. If the vendor expects costs to be incurred outside of the proposed personnel’s hourly rate, those costs should be included within the proposed hourly rate.

3. Can the relevant experience of the proposed personnel before 2018 be considered for evaluation?

While FMCS prefers references to be current (2018-2021), if a vendor feels that a reference prior to 2018 is very relevant to this requirement, it can be submitted and will be considered.

4. Can you provide an estimated effort of total number of hours for the initial contracting period?

The Statement of Work has been revised to state that the contractor shall provide between 16 and 24 hours per week of remote support. See “Attachment 1 – Statement of Work REV”
