Statement Of Work (SOW)

1. Objective & Requirements:
NASA AFRC Simulation Engineering Branch needs a way to quickly prototype and fabricate high quality and repeatable simulation parts for AFRC simulation cockpits, it is necessary to have a high quality 3d printer that can repeatably and reliably print 3d printed parts with a variety of different materials.
2. Characteristics, Scopes, and Specs:
Qty 1 CNC Mill with the following:

Be able to cut tough metals like titanium, stainless steel, and hardened tool steel as well as softer materials like aluminum, plastics, and wood
Cast iron frame and table
Two speed ranges
Low 70 rpm to 2000 rpm
High 250 rpm to 10,000 rpm
