Statement of Work Vacuum Turbopump
NASA GRC requires the procurement of a vacuum turbopump for extreme environment tes ng of space components.
Requirements Shall be:
Minimum pumping speed of 750 liters per second (N2) 10 Inch Conflat inlet flange.
Matching controller (preferably rack‐mounted, integrated acceptable), power supply and all necessary cables shall be included.
Compa ble dry backing pump shall be included.
Air or water cooling acceptable.
Base pressure ≤5x10‐10 Torr.
Agilent or Pfeiffer brand turbopumps preferred for compa bility with exis ng infrastructure (exis ng spare controllers, power supplies, etc.).
