Questions & Answers
Q.1) What is the maximum height under the ram face required?
Our machine dimensions are larger than the specification requests.
Side to side dimension = 400"
Front to back dimension = 418"
Machine height from floor = 273" with 200 mm height from the ram fact to table top. It can be lower, depending upon exact work piece height required.
Will these dimensions be acceptable for this machine request for quotation?
A.1) We have limited room within which to place the machine....the front to back distance the vendor lists as 418 inches is twice the size we require...and not physically possible to fit in the floor space we have. Therefore, this vendor’s machine would be unacceptable.
