COSMOS Site Visit Request Form Site An organized site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday February 27, 2023, at 12:00pm (CST).
Attendance at this site visit is recommended, however is not required to submit a capabilities statement for consideration. The site visit will be held at the Mission Control Center, Mission Training Center, and Space Vehicle Mockup Facility located at 2101 Nasa Pkwy, Houston, TX 77058. Participants will meet at the Destiny Ballroom of the Gilruth Conference Center. Please arrive at the Destiny Ballroom at least 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time. NASA JSC will provide transportation to the participants to and from the facility.
Participation for the site visit is limited to no more than two (2) participants. Please provide the information below and submit to jsc-cosmos@mail.nasa.gov no later than Thursday, February 15th at 5 p.m.
Tour involves some stairs and covers between ½ and ¾ of a mile. Please indicate if a member of your party has mobility issues; we will strive to make accommodations if so.
All site visit attendees must provide:
· Full name as shown in government-issued ID
· Company
· Citizenship
· Phone number
Questions are encouraged; however, no answers shall be provided during the site visit in order to provide thorough written responses. Questions must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. CDT on Friday, March 1st, 2024.
Participants are required to wear closed shoes and will need to wear safety glasses. Safety glasses will be provided at the location.
Participants will need to bring a government-issued photo ID (e.g., drivers license).
Please ensure names of attendees submitted for the site tour match EXACTLY as indicated on identification to ensure access to the site.
