1 Attachment 1 – Terms and Conditions “Past

Performance” is a stated evaluation criteria however we are unable to determine:

1. Any PPQ need to be sent to customers?

2. Where are we to provide the information – there are only 2 Volumes: Technical (with 40 page limit) and Price. No instruction on providing or is the government only using CPARs?

1. No PPQ are required to be submitted to the Government.

In accordance with Page 4 of

Attachment 1 – The

Government may utilize information available from past contracts, the USCG system AMMIS, PPIRS, CPARS, Federal Government sources to determine past performance.

2 How will past performance data be evaluated and captured? The solicitation does not mention a PPQ or past performance volume.

Please see the answer to number 1.

3 Reference: Attachment 1, pg. 4, Past Performance – It is not clear what past performance data should be included in the Technical Volume to assist the Government’s evaluation.

In addition to citing relevant contract numbers, what other data or comparisons to the solicited contract should be provided?

Is there a recency requirement and if so what is it?
