While there was previously emergency security provided by Paragon Systems, this solicitation represents a new, non-emergency contract requiring around-the-clock armed security at multiple locations, including one post requiring overnight coverage by two guards. Bidders are required to submit separate electronic volumes for evaluation, including one redacted copy obscuring company and officer names for confidentiality.
