Statement of Work FEMA Selma Manufactured Housing Storage Site (MHSS)

Dumpster/Trash Removal Service

A. Background:

The FEMA Selma MHSS, located at 661 Selfield Rd in Selma, Alabama, is in need of Dumpster/Trash Removal Services to be performed on a weekly basis in order to remove trash and debris from the site to maintain safe and healthy working conditions for all employees while performing daily operational duties.

B. Objective:

Dumpster/Trash Removal weekly and monthly services for the site.

C. Scope of Work / Specifications:

1. The vendor shall provide Four (4), 8-Yard Dumpsters with service to include; 1 Dump per week. Hauling, Rental and Disposal Fees not separately applied.

2. The vendor shall provide One (1), 40-Yard Open Top Dumpster with service to include 1 Dump per month, Hauling, Rental and Disposal Fees not separately applied. May increase or decrease as needed for an “on-call basis” if more than 1 dump per month is needed.

D. Delivery Schedule:

Work is to be performed on site at Selma MHSS located at 661 Selfield Rd, Selma, AL 36703. The Point of Contact (POC) for this contract will be the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) Mr. Johnny Holland, Email Address:

E. Period of Performance:

The period of performance will be a one (1) year Base Period and four (4) one year Option Periods.
