This memorandum is an addendum to the Pavement Report No. FY 14-02, dated June 2014. The purpose of this memo is to amend the pavement recommendations for Routes 10 and 11, specifically, the Full-Depth Reclamation (FDR) with cement outlined in Table 3 of the report. The recommendations for FDR provided in Table 3 of the report should be replaced with the recommendations for pavement reconstruction according to the requirements outlined in the following table.

Class 2, Type E, per Section 207 of FP-14 Specifications
Also, the same surface mix for the road, as described in the above table, can be used for the parking areas.
