1 We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services.

If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?

This is a brand‐new requirement.

2 Is there a cost estimate, budget or ballpark figure for the project listed?

The government cannot provide insight into its internal pricing estimates. Vendors shall submit a fair and reasonable price in accordance with their technical approach.

3 Is there an actual start date for the project?

The contractor will receive a Notice to Proceed (NTP) after award is made and will have 125 calendar days to complete the project after receiving the

NTP.

4 As we prepare our bid, we are seeking clarification regarding the security clearance specification. Specifically, we would like to know what level of security clearance is required for this project, and whether a Top Secret clearance is required or not?

This project does not have a secret or top‐secret clearance requirement.

5 Would you happen to know the size or model of the existing boiler being replaced?

The existing boiler is a Precision Boiler Model FPH‐31‐20‐150‐ P840.

6 Will an additional site visit be held? Due to the time constraints of this project an additional site visit will not be held.
