The drawings indicate spillway repairs and locate them with Northing & Easting points.
How does someone not familiar with surveying and such locate the spillways?
Your assistance in providing further clarification is appreciated.
There are multiple ways to locate the spillway repairs. One way would be to use a coordinate converter software with an aerial mapping software to help orient you in the field.

Per Transit Shelter glass specifications:
4mm/090 (2.28mm)/4mm when installed in a proper metal frame with the correct installation per ASTM E1886. When testing for ASTM 1886 they test the whole installed window – not just the glass. Glass fabricator indicates they cannot provide 3mm / 4 layers of .060” / 3mm since the ratio of glass to pvb is equal and the glass will break during the lamination process. Is the design intent to actually provide 6mm temp. / .090” pvb / 6mm temp?
This will be addressed in a forthcoming amendment.

RE: SCR 620.12, “When Measuring repoint stone masonry by the square foot or square yard only measure the face of wall adjacent to the roadway”; does this amended language refer to the measuring of the Spillway Repointing? If so, please further clarify exactly how the repointing work will be measured with respect to the “Face of wall Adjacent the Roadway”.

RE: SCR 620.12, “When Measuring repoint stone masonry by the square foot or square yard only measure the face of wall adjacent to the roadway”; At Site Number 5, the plans call for 1470 SQFT of repointing. This site has very little masonry wall face adjacent to the roadway.
However, there is a lot of masonry on the backside(Cliffside) of the wall. Considering the language above, does one take into account the vast majority of the repointing is on the opposite side of the wall from the adjacent roadway? If so, then does the unit price for the repointing include several feet down the backside of the wall?
This will be addressed in a forthcoming amendment.

RE: SCR 620.12, "When measuring stone masonry by the square yard, measure only the area of stone masonry facing constructed. Do not measure the culvert cross‐sectional area, footing, or bedding”; Please clarify the exact locations in the plans where there is any masonry work constructed around a culvert?
This statement is standard language for Glacier National Park contracts. There are no culvert headwalls within this contract to construct.
