About this file

This document is a Standard Form LLL (Disclosure of Lobbying Activities) form used for reporting federal lobbying activities pursuant to 31 U.S.C. section 1352. The form provides a template for entities to disclose payments made to lobbying entities attempting to influence federal government officials or members of Congress in connection with a specific federal action. The form requires detailed information about the type of federal action, the status of the action, the reporting entity, and specifics about lobbying activities.

The form instructs the reporting entity to provide comprehensive details including the federal agency involved, the program name, identifying numbers, award amounts, and specifics about the lobbying registrant and individuals performing lobbying services. The document emphasizes that failure to file the required disclosure can result in civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for each failure. The form is part of a transparency mechanism to track and report lobbying efforts, with the disclosed information to be reported to Congress semi-annually and made available for public inspection.
