About this file

This document is a Solicitation Addendum issued by the North Carolina Department of Information Technology's Statewide IT Procurement Office for Solicitation Number 38-25050-DIT-900103-000, specifically for Integrated Security System Maintenance Services at Cherry Hospital. The addendum, dated April 22, 2025, provides clarification and answers to potential bidders' questions, with the solicitation opening date set for May 16, 2025, at 2:30 pm ET. The document reveals that the current incumbent vendor logs approximately 32 hours per week for routine maintenance and call-back services, and that Cherry Hospital offers a dedicated office space for the awarded vendor's service technicians to utilize during all hours of their work.

The addendum addresses three key questions from potential bidders, including workspace availability, current service hours, and work completion flexibility. Specifically, the hospital confirms that service technicians can continue working past 4:30 pm to complete a repair task and that a dedicated office space is available for the awarded vendor's technicians at all times. While no modifications to the original solicitation are noted in this addendum, it provides important operational details that could influence potential bidders' understanding of the service requirements and expectations for maintaining the hospital's integrated security system.
