This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) Solicitation 36S79720Q0002 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ).
(iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-03.
(iv) This solicitation is 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code associated with this solicitation is: 333923. The size standard is: 1000 employees.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible quoter who meets the set-aside criteria of 852.219-10, and whose quote conforming to the RFQ is the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote.
(x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items when submitting their quote.
(xi) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
