A.3 PRICE SCHEDULE
CLIN 0001: Drawings, soil sampling and specifications, are provided for all items contained SOW. Asbestos Abatement will be performed in Building 1 only, work area of the sub-basement and crawlspace #B1. The VA estimates approximately 26,000 square feet (sq. ft.) of the sub-basement/crawlspace area will require some level of Asbestos Abatement related services and Encapsulation. Pricing for CLIN 0001 shall be based on the estimated quantities identified in the SOW for asbestos containing soil, rock and other material (270 cubic yards) and for shotcrete (175 cubic yards)

If variations to the above quantities occur, FAR 52.211-18 (Variation in Estimated Quantity) will govern any request for equitable adjustment by either party. The calculation for any equitable adjustment in the contract price (increase or decrease) shall be based on the following unit prices:
Abatement of Asbestos containing soil, rock and other material: $__________/cubic yard
Shotcrete Encapsulation: $__________/cubic yard
NOTICE
1. The Offeror must submit a proposal based on a 180 Calendar day Schedule. This duration includes construction services including all materials, labor, equipment, training, transportation, final testing and personnel necessary to accomplish Asbestos Abatement tasks in accordance with VA provided documents.
2. The Offeror shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, etc., necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the contract to include all drawings, soil samplings specifications and attachments.
3. Contractor is required to fill in DUNS NUMBER in Block No. 14 on Standard Form (SF) 1442.
4. PLEASE NOTE: The Contractor agrees to attend any Post Award conference convened by the contracting activity or contract administration in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 42.5.
5. Contractor employees shall not be considered government employees for any purpose under this contract.
