DESCRIPTION

1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, intends to solicit quotes for Brand Name Equal to MIM Symphony DX Analytics Software, Portland VA Healthcare System, Portland, OR. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C26025Q0452.

2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 513210 (Software Publishers), and the small business size standard is $47 million. This procurement is Small Business (SB) Set-aside.

3. The intended contract period is a base year plus four (4) option years.

4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Contracting Opportunities website, http://beta.sam.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is April 9, 2025, and the anticipated closing date is April 44, 2025. Interested Quoters are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times.

5. Quoters from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. All prospective Contractors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) database and should ensure that the applicable NAICS code (513210) is included in the SAM profile prior to submission of quotations. Failure to register in the database will make a Quoter ineligible for award.
