2.0.11 - Engineering Appraisal
Is PowerDB acceptable? Must not contain proprietary software.
I understand we will need to help develop a time line, but for a firm price up front we will need to know how many trips (outages) there will be, when the outages will take place and what equipment will be done on each outage. This will be coordinated with POC and CO and dependent on contractors means and methods.
3.5.2 - Inspection of electrical vaults
We can not enter underground vaults that are energized. IS this actually part of the scope? If some how many are there? Around (44) Underground Vaults. These will need to be IR Scanned when energized
3.5.3 – Protective Relay Calibration Study
Can they provide a full one line that have been "red lined" of all the electrical systems? Do they have CAD or SKM models for this or do we have to create them from scratch? BIM is Available.
We don't have the manuals for their equipment. Can we get copies of the manuals? Internet
