CONTINUATION PAGE

Q1: Would you be able to tell me who held the previous contract and how much was it for?

A1: The previous contract information is located at FPDS-NG ezSearch

Q2: Also, can you provide any information that is pertinent to this solicitation that will be useful in putting a proposal forward?

A:2 All information pertinent to the solicitation is located in the solicitation.

Q3: If this is an existing requirement, can you please provide the current incumbent contractor name, contract number, and award amount.

A3: See A1 above.

Q4: The information on the link indicates that the incumbent contractor’s contract was for only one year, but the new contract requirements far exceed one year and the sow mandates battery replacements on option year 1&3 as well as a requirement for annual inspections and antifreeze exchange. Can you please provide the SOW for the current contract?

A4: The link above is corrected to show all the contracts that are being combined into one. Interested parties are encouraged to read the entire solicitation. There are 3 sites with 3 separate lists of equipment and differing schedules. Previous SOW’s will not be provided.

Q5: We are looking for an explanation on the term "base". If you look at the southern AZ group, the battery section says "base, oy1,oy4" and the coolant change section says "base, oy4". We can't find what "base" means in any descriptions.

A5: Base means the first year of the contract. OY1 means the first option year of the contract, OY2 the second option year, etc.

Q6: How do we go about scheduling site visits for each of the facilities?

A6: See following pages for a site visit scheduled on 8/12/2021 for all three facilities.

· A site visit will be held August 12, 2021 at each site.

· Contractor is responsible for own transportation.
