DESCRIPTION
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSB must be listed as certified on the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) located at Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) in order to receive contract awards under the Veterans First Contracting Program.
Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for:
Dallas Dish Machine for VA North Texas Health Care System in accordance with the Statement of Work.
TECHNICAL QUESTIONS: Questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email no later than Monday, October 21, 2024, at 10:00 AM/CDT. Please list “Technical Questions – 36C25725Q0032 – Dallas Dish Machine” in the subject line of the e-mail and send to Jose Campa at Jose.Campa@va.gov. Please include in your questions the section of the solicitation/page number that your question is referencing.
Offeror shall submit offers by Due Date/Time specified in Block 8 of the Standard Form (SF) 1449 of the solicitation via email to Jose Campa at Jose.Campa@va.gov.
