1. Are we to dispose/abate of any asbestos, lead, mold, or other hazardous material as part of this project? If so, provide appropriate hazardous material site survey report. NO. If asbestos is suspected job is to stop. Contact COR. VA will test and abate if required.

2. What will the ICRA level be for this project? Not determined yet.

3. Are there any required/proprietary subcontractors the general contractor is to hire associated with this project? Yes. Siemens Dallas Branch.

4. Will all work associated with this project be able to be performed during regular working hours? Yes

5. Will this work need to be completed in “phases”? No

6. Are there any drawings for the provided SOW? No

7. Can the VA provide as built drawings for the MEP work to be done in the appropriate areas?

No

8. Is there required ICRA containment for the project? What areas? To be determined
