About this file

This document is a Sources Sought Notice issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 17 (NCO 17) for the acquisition of a Mobius 3D server upgrade. The government intends to solely negotiate with Varian Medical Systems Inc. for this requirement. Due to the end of support for the current Mobius 3D application version, a new physical server must be purchased with the proprietary Mobius medical software, as it is the only product able to integrate with the VA's existing Varian Eclipse treatment planning system. The government is conducting market research and will consider capability statements, proposals, or quotations from responsible sources to determine if a solicitation will be issued. Any prospective contractor must be a Varian OEM authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller. Responses are due by 8:00 AM Central Time on April 4, 2024 and should be sent to Contracting Specialist Mariangie Rios Vazquez.
