1. Q: We do not see a list of expectations for our submission under instructions to offeror. Without additional detail we will provide an overview of our approach and pricing in the format provided.

2. Q: Is this a new effort or is there an incumbent? If there is a current contract for valet services at the St. Louis VAMC can you provide contract details?

3. Q: The VA suggests 12 FTEE for this contract. Is that a suggested total of 12 FTEE, or are you suggesting that the contractor should have 12 employees on duty at all times, which would require a total of 18 FTEE?
A: Employee recommendation covered at #6 in SOW. Final determination is left up to vendor in order to successfully perform in accordance with the terms and conditions of potential contract.
4. Q: If not, does the VA has a preference for number of employees on site throughout the 12 hours of operation?
A: Answered above
5. Q: How far away from the valet drop off area is the designated parking lot?
A: Parking lot is across the street from valet drop off area.
6. Q: Are resumes needed for the submission?

1. Q: Is this a first-time service at St Louis VA Medical Center? If not who is the present vendor and the contract number they are providing this service under?

2. Q: Will the VAMC provide a valet booth with designated signage including patron rules, i.e. no tipping?

3. Q: Will VAMC provide valet lane signage and vehicle pickup lane signage?

4. Q: Will the VAMC support and allow for camera to be located in Sextro Parking lot to secure valet attendant and patron vehicles? During 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or will the VA Police patrol this area?
A: The cameras located in that lot are all brand new, and they are situated throughout the entire parking lot. We have two dispatchers checking cameras 24/7. The VA police also do routine patrols through the lot throughout the day. We also have cameras on the front parking lot, where Valet does its stationing.
5. Q: Please provide a schematic of the main entrance and the valet areas, in relationship to where Sextro designated valet parking area is? What the distant to this area A:
