SPECIAL NOTICE

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

Radiologist Workstations

The Department of Veterans Affairs Cleveland Medical Center (CLE VAMC), 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106 intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i) - Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The NAICS code is 334111 with a small business size standard of 1,250. The VA intends to solicit to Double Black Imaging, 246 S Taylor Ave., Unit 300, Louisville, CO 80027 competed brand name with their SDVOSB authorized distributor for DBI Gemini’s.

The Cleveland VAMC requires radiologist workstations. The DBI Gemini that includes:

1. Local Agent and Web Management Calibration Software included

1. No proprietary graphic cards required nVidia cards included

1. Advanced Hot-swap included 1.

· RFQ

Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Wednesday August 14, 2024, at 5PM EST. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
