QUESTIONS REGARDING SOLICITATION 36C25024Q0325:

1. How many beds are in the hospital and how many ORs are there as well?

· Answer: Main – 432 beds, OR’s – 12 rooms and OSC – 3 procedure rooms with 12 patient holding beds

2. The information provided appears to be a request for annual inspections but some of the details are directed to preventative maintenance. Do they want a quote for both?

· Answer: Quote’s should reflect one on everything according to NFPA 99 for each of the 5 years. The contractor must have all verifiable applicable licenses, including Verifier 6030, Maintenance and Repair 6040 and the pricing for the solicitation is based on the Annual Inspection and Test of Medical Gas System based on the pricing schedule of the Dental Outlets, Medical Gas Certifications and Outlet.

3. Is there an incumbent performing these services?

· Answer: Effective, 3-1-2024, there is no contractor currently performing these services. The previous contractor was Artec Environment under contract number 36C25019C0103.
