About this file
This special notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs announces the agency's intent to negotiate a sole source contract with L1 Enterprises for a Spectralis Tracking OCT System. The Atlanta VA Medical Center requires the Heidelberg HRA+OCT system with OCT Angiography module to continue obtaining high resolution retinal and vascular structure images needed for its CVNR research studies. The incumbent system is compatible with existing essential imaging equipment and will provide consistency for data collected in the vision laboratory. Interested parties must submit capability statements by April 2nd at 12PM EST to Lynn Portman at the provided email address for consideration, though sole source award remains at the agency's discretion.
