1. Will steam kettles be included for cleaning ? No

2. Are the walk-in fridge included for coolers #5&#6 to conduct cleaning ?

Floors and walls wiped down in these walk ins. The racks are all on wheels and can easily be moved, cleaned under/behind and then put back.

3. Are walk in Freezers included for cleaning?

Yes, the floors of the walk-in freezer please.

4. Can you confirm that pallets with milk, etc will be moved by VA employees prior to cleaning the floors?

For that particular walk in- we will prep the box by removing pallets before the cleaners come in.

5. Are utensils, pots, dishes etc. included in contractors scope of work ?

Pots/pans/dishes/trayware are NOT part of the contract- we will continue to clean these.

6. Are we able to use pressure washers when cleaning the hoods? NO. Do not pressure wash hoods

7. Is this a set-aside requirement?

Yes, this is a 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) Set- aside, as mentioned on the SF 1449 in block #10.
