Benford Brundage Contracting Officer Request for Information for 36C247-20-Q-0369, Regulated Medical Waste, CAVHCS
1. Unfortunately, a significant issue still exists regarding the omission of critical information/data related to anticipated medical waste volumes and container counts? Even though this bid is based upon pickups versus per pound, vendors still need to know anticipated waste volumes and container counts for each pickup. This information is required for logistics reasons, equipment resource requirements, staff allocations, etc.
Answers:
The volume for Tuskegee is based on 52 weeks and it is volume of 145 The volume for Montgomery is based on 52 weeks and the volume is 365 The volume for Montgomery Clinic is based on 52 weeks and the volume is 45 The volume for Columbus is based on 12 weeks and the volume is 75 The volume for Dothan is based on 4 weeks and the volume is 70 The volume for Selma is based on 4 weeks and the volume is 40 The volume for Monroeville is based on 4 weeks and the volume is 25
