Question & Answer
In the Statement of Work under B. General Requirements it reads:
Contractor will provide labor and materials for the installation of up to 100 points of equipment (VA will provide equipment) Whereas it is not an issue to meet this requirement this is very open ended and could be costly. As described, we have scenarios that could easily be $1,000 a point. It does not state a not to exceed amount and a lot of variables come into play (conduit, length of runs to add points, normal work hours or after hours, infectious control/cleaning, etc)
Can there be a better descriptive to define some monetary range for services desired or better yet some not to exceed amount so this can be priced fairly for the VA?
Answer: Please see section B. General Requirements.
