The procurement is scheduled for June 2, 2025, with a response deadline of May 2, 2025, at 3:00 PM Eastern Time. Interested contractors must submit detailed information including company name, capability statement, past performance examples, SAM UEID number, contact information, and Federal Supply Schedules. The VA requires respondents to provide specifics about self-performance capabilities, subcontracting plans, company and technician experience, and certification details. The solicitation emphasizes compliance with subcontracting limitations, where for services, contractors cannot pay more than 50% of the government contract amount to non-certified small businesses.
