1. Would the Government please state how many total system users there are, and the total for each system?

There are 4 systems. There are 4There appox 800 prox cards, 120 hardwire panic alarms in Brooklyn, 120 Manhattan and St Albans 80.

2. In the RFQ the Government uses the term maintenance referring to activities required for the performance of the contract. Does this RFQ require the contractor to repair, fix, restore to service any device that is found to be not functioning within normal tolerance?

No, contractor is not required to fix/repair equipment without proposal and approval from COR. Only general maintenance ex. Wiping clean a lens, cleaning

3 Would the government state all manufacturers and number of the cameras and video recording devices by location?

Brooklyn 160 cameras, 220 cameras in Manhattan and 90 cameras in St Albans.

5 Would the Government share the number of cameras that are inside of a building and the number of cameras that are outside?

Total at all facilities have appox 26 and appox 16 in St.albans

6 Would the Government share what percentage of cameras are known to be non-functional now?

Appox 20%

7 Would the government state the number of monitors, their manufacturers, and their general location?

Monitors 16 in Manhattan, appox 20 in Brooklyn and 12 in St Albans. Brooklyn Telecommunication office and Manhattan and St.Albans are in Police Operations office.

10 Would the government detail the manufacturer and type of matrix switches at each location?

Due to numerous contractors different switchers have been installed and I am unable to give define answer.

10 % non functional

PACS.9 Regarding the proximity cards and mag-stripe, would the Government clarify the bit length or format of the cards?

70% proximity and 30% mag stripe

60 panels throughout all 3 facilities

The NYHHCS has appox 340 duress alarms there are over 100 locations at each facility except St Albans.

CS.0 Central Station CS.4 Would the Government share any integrations between the Micro Key System central station software and other physical security systems or other low voltage devices used at any location.

Yes, please clarify if this is referencing only Police security equipment or our integrations with other service. I do not understand what this has to do with the Police Duress. Pacs and intrusion systems.
