The VA Boston Healthcare System intends to negotiate on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements with Elekta for Mosaiq Services at the VA Boston Healthcare System Jamaica Plain, 150 S Huntington Ave, Boston, MA 02130-4817. This requirement will include the following characteristics:
Product Description Vendor will provide the ability to service IMPAC’s Mosaiq which is designed to interface and manage the increasing volumes of large data sets in radiotherapy and provides the seamless integration with the entire spectrum of cancer care through one common interface, connecting any treatment planning tool or delivery device chosen.
Salient Characteristics This service must be in line with OEM standards and the provider must be able to service with 24 x7 monitoring capabilities.

4.0 CONTRACT OBJECTIVES:
4.1 Service and Maintenance Agreement: A 1 year + 4 Option Periods Mosaiq Maintenance Contract.
4.2 PMI Nonstandard Hours: Vendor shall perform
This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than 1400 6/01/2020, Responses should be sent to Harold.Nice@VA.gov. Information received will be for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
