QUESTION 1:
How big are the datasets you will be responsible for and how often must the analysis occur?
RESPONSE:
Annual processing of twelve files ranging in size 1.2 to 1.4GB
QUESTION 2:
Does the contract include the cost for standing-up the required environment in which the data processing/ analysis will be performed? If there is not already an environment available to meet the technical requirements.
RESPONSE:
No, the environment is controlled by IT and Geo - Business Intelligence Service Line (BISL).
QUESTION 3:
What is the current list of NCVAS Esri Software (GeoBISL, GISOnline, ArGIS, etc.) and versions??
RESPONSE:
ArcGIS ArcMap Advanced 10.5.1 version, ArcGIS Pro 2.1.3, and cloud based public domain called ArcGISOnline (AGOL).
QUESTION 4:
Will an SF30 be provided for the Q&As released on 14 May 2018.
RESPONSE:
A SF30 for the Q&As was issued May 24, 2018 and is on FBO.
QUESTION 5:
Can you provide the anticipated award date, contract start date and Period of Performance?
RESPONSE:
Award date is anticipated for June 2018, that will be the contract start date. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be in July 2018.
QUESTION 6:
Confirm the COR will enter the Security Background in e-QIP s described in Section 8.2 after the contractor provides the required forms.
RESPONSE:
We will supply the forms to the security and investigations center, which initiates the e-QIP – which is sent to the contractor. The contractor fills out their e-QIP, and then the SIC makes a determination.
