About this file

This amendment to a request for lease proposals makes the solicitation a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside for a Department of Veterans Affairs outpatient clinic lease in Pflugerville, Texas. It removes three unique requirements, replaces the socio-economic evaluation factor to focus solely on SDVOSB status, provides instructions on SDVOSB certification through the Small Business Administration rather than the VA, and details joint venture requirements including that the managing member must be SDVOSB certified. Responses to the amended solicitation are due by the date indicated on the signature page acknowledging receipt of the amendment.
