Advertisement for Bids
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by County of Sussex (“County,” “Owner”) and opened and read in public on DUE DATE and Prevailing time and location as stated.
Specifications and other bid information may be obtained online at sussex.bonfirehub.com. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
No bids will be received after the above date and time unless the contract is re-advertised for bids or unless the date and time for bid opening is changed by duly issued addendum. Bids received after the Bid Date and Time established by the Owner will be returned unopened.
Technical questions on this bid shall be submitted on sussex.bonfirehub.com. Any general requests for information regarding this Advertisement for Bids should be directed to the named buyer via provided email. Questions will not be entertained after BIDDER Questions Deadline unless the Owner, in its sole discretion, believes that an answer is required in order to maintain a competitive process. The County will answer all RFIs within a posted Q&A document on the County’s purchasing portal, on the RFI Response date as stated. Do not contact any member of the County’s staff, or member of an Evaluation Committee directly regarding this bid other than the Buyer listed in this document. Any attempt to do so may result in disqualification from bidding at the discretion of the Purchasing Agent.
No oral or other communications during the bidding process shall bind the Owner except as shall be contained in a written Addendum which the Owner may, in its sole discretion, issue in accordance with applicable law.
