About this file

This is a Combined Certifications for Contracting document issued by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Finance Procurement Department. The certification form establishes mandatory compliance requirements for all vendors and contractors entering into agreements with the City of Little Rock. The document outlines three separate certification requirements that apply based on contract value thresholds: vendors must certify non-involvement in boycotts of Israel for contracts valued at $1,000 or greater; contractors must certify they do not knowingly employ illegal immigrants for contracts valued at $25,000 or greater; and contractors must certify non-participation in boycotts of the energy, fossil fuel, firearms, or ammunition industries for contracts valued at $75,000 or greater, all in accordance with Arkansas Code Annotated sections 25-1-503, 19-11-105, and 25-1-1102 respectively.

Contractors are required to sign and date the certification form, confirming their agreement to comply with all applicable restrictions for the aggregate term of the contract. The document requires vendors to identify their company name and vendor number if assigned. The certifications serve as a contractual obligation and remain binding throughout the duration of any agreement with the City of Little Rock.
