About this file

This is a combined certifications form from the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Finance and Procurement Department that contractors must complete when entering into contracts with the city. The form establishes mandatory certifications required under Arkansas state law for different contract value thresholds, including: contracts valued at $1,000 or greater requiring certification of non-participation in Israel boycotts; contracts valued at $25,000 or greater requiring certification that the contractor does not knowingly employ illegal immigrants; and contracts valued at $75,000 or greater requiring certification of non-participation in boycotts of energy, fossil fuel, firearms, or ammunition industries.

The form requires contractors to check boxes certifying compliance with all three restrictions and includes fields for the vendor name, assigned vendor number if applicable, contractor signature, and date. The certifications are based on specific Arkansas Code sections (25-1-503, 19-11-105, and 25-1-1102) and contractors must maintain compliance throughout the entire term of their contract with the city. Any contractor who decides to engage in a boycott of Israel after signing must notify the contracting public entity in writing, and the form serves as a prerequisite document for all city contracting processes meeting the specified monetary thresholds.
