Is it possible to schedule a site walk-through? Yes To accommodate the walk through and coordination of response, please consider extending the response deadline? We can extend 1 week to March 8, 2024 Could you revise the 4th bullet point under minimum system requirement to – “320-slice or equivalent with a detector that has the ability to keep electronic noise low, increases dose efficiency and improves spatial resolution”? No.
Please verify that you need a full UPS for the CT – Gantry and CPU? UPS that can last for about 30 minutes (enough time to finish the exam, get the patient off the table and send images.

• Should we plan on including a new floor as part of the installation or will the construction contractors repair the floor? You should plan on including the new floor
• Is the customer willing to remove or relocate the sink if needed to accommodate optimal clinical use of the scanner? yes
• Will the customer be willing to open hallway behind existing gantry to place and install full UPS?
Or they have a different location for it in mind? Needs to fit through the hallway door
• Due to limited room size, would the customer accept a second quote/option that will minimize construction needs? yes
• Does the customer own already the Bone Dexa, maybe they don’t need to repurchase? We own the Mindways Bone Density software we just need to make sure it is compatible
• Dose management: whenever a dose limit exceeds the established reference dose levels, the system automatically creates a report (Radimetrics, etc.) – is this just radiation dose of contrast dose as well? Does the customer want to send a contrast dose to Radimetrics? Only the radiation dose is needed
