QUESTIONS – CT SCANNER
1. How thick is the slab in the CT Scan room? 6”
2. Can a slab drawing be provided? Yes
3. Are there any maximum weight limitations of the system required? No.
4. Can Structural, Mechanical and As Built drawings be provided? Yes
5. What are the specs for the AC unit serving the CT Scan room? Currently a 5 ton unit.
6. Where is the new full system UPS going to be located and what are the AC specs for that room?
We only need an UPS to keep the computer running long enough to get things shut down.
7. A full UPS will not provide 30 minutes of run time. Given this information and that the UPS you have today is only a partial, is the upgraded full UPS still required? We only need an UPS to keep the computer running long enough to get things shut down.
8. What is the current capacity of incoming electrical service to your building today? 750 KVA 3 phase
9. Can the sink and base cabinet be relocated or be demoed and replaced? It can be demoed but not moved.
10. Based on answers to questions can an additional site visit be allowed? No. due to time constraint.
11. What are the specs for the AC unit serving the CT Scan room? See #5
12. Where is the new full system UPS going to be located and what are the AC specs for that room? We only need an UPS to keep the computer running long enough to get things shut down.
13. Is there a possibility of eliminating the sink from the room? See #9
14. SOW ques�ons: “Stellant Flex Injector-CT mounted with worksta�on, with informa�cs capability.” Please explain what is meant by informa�cs capability. Is it just synchroniza�on with the CT scanner? A new dual injector synced with the scanner.

18. Based on the responses to the ques�ons another walkthrough could be needed, will this be possible? No.

19. The SOW and Solicita�on indicates the “de-installa�on and trade in of current 128-Slice Toshiba
Aquilion”. Based on pictures and review of system, the system looks to be a 64 Slice Toshiba Aquilion, can you please verify the system is a Toshiba Aquilion 64 Slice CT? Toshiba Aquilion 64 slice upgraded to 128.
20. Are you going to use the current Injector? The SOW request an injector to be included? We are not going to use the current injector. You need to include a new dual injector.
21. To accommodate the response to the ques�ons and incorpora�on of possible addi�onal requirements into our response, could you consider extending the response deadline? Yes

24. What type of Cardiac exams are you doing today, and what do you intend to do with new CT technology
(ie Calcium Scoring, CCTA, TAVR, etc) Currently no cardiac exams. CTA, runoff, Calcium Scoring, PE, angiograms
25. What does your current workflow look like? Who reads, and from where? What type of post processing solu�on do you use? We average 80 exams per month. Diagnos�c Imaging Associates reads for us out of Tulsa
26. Would your local team be willing to take a site visit to see what is available? No.
