1. RFP states that we are to provide all utility hookups to modular building. To determine the connection location for pricing we will need to know where we are to tie in each utility. Which sanitary sewer line is sized to handle the flow required from the new building? Where is a waterline connection location sized to handle the new building domestic and fire water needs. What are the flow rates of the fire line connection location so we can correctly design the fire suppression system and determine if a fire pump is necessary? Where is the necessary available electrical load location to provide adequate power to the facility? Where are we to make the tie in for the fire alarm, gas, internet and telephone service There are utilities proximate to the site. Site utilities will be explained during site visit and they are broadly referenced on the site survey.
Electric Vault is located north of the location of the building approximately 75’ away from building footprint.
3” Gas Line is located north of the location of the building approximately 50’ away form building footprint 8” water main is located approximately 40’ north of the building footprint.
Sewer manhole is located approximately 150’ south of the building footprint at a lower elevation relative to the building.
2. Our data/communications must meet the hospitals specifications for all IT equipment. Please provide the appropriate specifications so that we can verify compliance.

3. We are to connect the new camera system to the existing camera system. Please provide a specific location where this tie in will be made.

4. We are to provide a security door system that matches the existing security door system. Please provide specifications for the existing security door system so that we can verify compliance with this requirement.

5. We are to connect the new security door system to the existing door security system. Please provide the location of tie in for the new security door system.

6. We are to provide a new fire alarm system that will interface with and connect to the existing fire alarm system. Please provide specifications for the existing fire alarm system so that we can verify compliance.
Pullboxes are located near the site of the building. Fire alarm cable will be ran underground via conduit to the pullbox and from there into the Hospital fire alarm panel.
7. RFP states that owner is to provide specifications for the concrete cast stone skirting to match other nearby buildings. Please provide specifications so that we can verify compliance.
The other buildings use Nichiha Ledgstone - See Amendment
8. Interior signage is to comply with the hospital’s signage design. Please provide the design guide or specifications so that we can verify compliance.
This is the look we’re after. Just provide options for color selection based on interior paint colors
9. Please provide the entrance canopy specifications so that we can provide correct pricing and verify compliance.
