Scope of Work

Remodel Bathrooms and Finish Walls and Ceiling of Home located at 1008 Grant Street, Port Clinton, OH 43452

1.1 Completely remodel master bathroom and half bathroom

1.11 Install Tile Flooring in Bathrooms

1.12 Install New Sink/Shower/Tub and Fixtures

1.13 Install New Toilets

1.14Install Towel Racks/Toilet Paper Racks
1.15Install Mirror/Vanity
1.16Install Vent Fan/Covers
1.17Install/Upgrade Electrical Fixtures/Lighting to include GFCI’s (Where Needed)
1.18Install Baseboard
1.19Caulk/Seal All Seams

1.2 Finish all walls and ceilings

1.21Hang new drywall completely throughout home
1.22Mud and Tape Drywall completely throughout home
1.23Prime and Paint all interior walls/ceilings

Material/ Part Information

2.1 Contractor will furnish all equipment needed to complete work. No U.S. Coast Guard equipment will be utilized.

References

3.1 All work to be completed shall comply with Federal, State and Local Laws, Codes and Regulations.

Liabilities

4.1 The contractor will be financially responsible for any and all damages incurred while working on Government property.

Coordination

5.1All communications will go through the POC listed. No work can be modified or changed without their permission.
5.2Work to be completed should have minimal impact on the unit’s operation. In the event any of the utilities need to be secured, these items should be well planned out.

5.3 Normal work hours for the unit is 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday, excluding all Federal Holidays. Any work outside these times need to be worked out and approved by the POC ahead of time.

Project Completion

6.1 All work completed shall be approved by the POC. The site is to be at a minimum as clean of a condition as it was found in. All trash, debris, materials removed, etc. should be properly disposed by the contractor.
