Questions and Answers AFRH-W Pool Maintenance Services

1. Is there a current incumbent performing service? If so, what is the current contract award?

Answer: 20342325P00002 was awarded on 12/31/2024 to Midland Global and the new contract will replace the current award.

2. Will there be a site visit?

Answer: Yes. Please see section 4.0 through 4.1.4.

3. They list operating hours as: 7am-11pm / 7 Days a week. Are they asking for a certified LG / Pool Operator to be on duty during all these hours (7am-11pm / 7 days a week)?

Answer: We have staff that's certified to test the pool. A pool tech will be expected to completed maintenance and cleaning weekly, on Tuesday's and Thursday's and be on call for the weekend during the operating hours.
