No. There are no external lighting requirements.
3. Where is the electrical panel located in Building 40 to which the external compressor building must connect?
A 480V/600 Amp electrical panel will be placed on the internal wall nearest the parking lot where the compressor building will be located. Connections are estimated to be approximately ten (10) feet to twenty (20) feet depending on the placement of the compressor building.
4. Where are the condensate drains required to be located?
Condensate drains shall exit the compressor building to the rear of the parking lot and will connect to a sewer drain.
5. Does the exhaust air need to be recirculated into the building?

Offerors shall propose the layout of the compressor(s), the required components, and the building structure that meets the required technical and performance specifications and permits access to each compressor and component as detailed in the Statement of Work.
7. The type of dryer listed in the Statement of Work, a refrigerated dryer, will not enable the system to provide the required air. Can a different system be proposed or is the refrigerated dryer required?
Offerors shall propose equipment that will meet the required technical and performance specifications detailed in the Statement of Work.
8. There are existing air compressors in Building 40. Are those being removed?
No. The existing air compressors will remain inside the building and will connect to the same airline.
9. What are the controllability requirements? Is there a need for remote control from a laptop?
No. Real-time monitoring is not required. The controls shall be located within the external compressor structure. Per the Statement of Work, monitors and alarms for carbon monoxide and dew point are required.
10. Is the air requirement listed in the Statement of Work for “delivered air” or “compressed air”?
The air requirement listed in the Statement of Work is for delivered air.
11. Does the government have a preference as to the layout of the compressor building in the parking lot, either parallel to the building or perpendicular to the building?
