1. Please identify the incumbent (if any) and the current contract number.

2. Does the Government anticipate that the level of effort (LOE) will be constant for the base and each option year? If not, please further specify the differences in the work each period of performance.
The Government anticipates that the level of effort will be constant for the base and each option year.
3. Will the Government provide their level of effort estimates for the work?
The Government will not provide LOE estimates.
4. Will the data reside at the government facility or the contractor site?
The data will reside at the government facility.
5. Will the government provide the requirements document to help in estimating the LOE required by the contractor?
The Government has provided the requirements in the solicitation announcement.
6. For pricing purposes, please clarify what GFE the government will provide for any off-site contractors requiring access to CDC systems.
The Government is not providing GFE.
7. Please confirm whether the Government will provide access or licenses for CDC-owned software and COTS products necessary for accomplishment of the performance work statement. If so, which licenses?

The Government will not provide access or licenses for CDC-owned software or COTS products.
8. Have all of the proposed variables for this work been identified by the Government and if so, will the list of variables be made available to the contractor for level of effort planning?
The proposed data elements are included in the solicitation announcement.
9. Task 3, page 26 – Required Results states that commercial laboratory data may contain missing or invalid values and that “the Contractor shall report estimates of missing or invalid values in advance of the award (as part of the proposal)”. Please provide guidance on the location/availability of the commercial laboratory data from which the Contractor should retrieve this information.
Information regarding missing or invalid data should be available from the commercial laboratory(Ies).
10. Has the commercial laboratory data already been aggregated into one dataset or is it in multiple data sets? If multiple, how many?
Some data was aggregated under a previous agreement. This is a new competitive process.
11. Have all of the laboratories that will provide this data been identified by the Government?
No.
12. Will the contractor need to establish Data Sharing Agreements with these laboratories?
Yes, if the awarded contractor is distinct from commercial laboratory.
