Statement of Work
C1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 The Government (Customs & Border Protection, Office of Air & Marine, H60 PMI Phase Program) requires acquisition and delivery of a single Blackhawk Comprehensive Tool Kit for A/L Model aircraft, Part Number: COMP-60-AA. This includes both the “Basic” and “Plus” kits.
C2. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
2.1 Many of the tools contained in these tool kits have not been available for purchase until recently. The PMI Phase Program has been relying on an assembly of homemade, inferior tools, for many years. By purchasing these factory made, purpose built tools it will increase the level of safety, both for the technician while accomplishing the task, and ultimately for the aircrew.
C3. SCOPE OF WORK
3.1 The selected Vendor shall assemble and furnish the combined tool kits to the PMI Phase Program at shipping address:

C4. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
4.1 The Vendor shall assure that the comprehensive tool kit contains, at a minimum, all the tools that were demonstrated by the 55HMU Squadron, when they assisted the vendor by displaying kits that were previously purchased.
C5. DELIVERABLES
5.1 The Vendor shall provide one (1) COMP-60-AA Blackhawk Comprehensive Tool Kit for A/L Model aircraft which includes both the “Basic” and “Plus” kits.
C6. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
6.1 N/A
C7. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
7.1 Sixty (60) days from contract award date.

8.1 None.
